Catalog
The catalog shows parts we can supply; it is not a stock commitment. Product images are representative. Part number, version and condition are confirmed in the quote. You can also request quotes for parts that are not in the catalog.
Quotes and orders
The quote states price, condition (new, open box or used), lead time and how long the quote is valid. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Payment
Payment is made by the method and within the period stated in the quote.
Delivery
Products ship by courier; shipping cost and delivery terms are stated in the quote. For shipments outside Turkey, customs duties and charges are paid by the buyer unless the quote says otherwise.
Testing
Used products are tested before shipping.
Warranty and returns
The warranty period and return terms are stated in writing in the quote. If a product arrives damaged or does not match, tell us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or by email.
Consumers
If you buy as a consumer, for purposes outside your trade or profession, your rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation are reserved, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and pre-contract information.
